- $52/year: provides two snowsuits for two homeless toddlers now living with their moms in independent housing provided by FOCUS
- $104/year: provides textbooks and supplies for a single mother attending State Tested Nurse’s Aid certification classes, which, upon completion, provides her with an income twice that of what she could have earned without the certification.
- $260/year: provides 6.5 adults with monthly bus passes to get to and from employment secured through the assistance of FOCUS’ Employment Specialist
- $520/year: providers 4 family members with their own beds to sleep in, in an apartment that they have leased with the help of FOCUS, to begin new lives

More giving options: Many people have asked if there are other ways they can help FOCUS reach out to families in need:
- A Gift through Your Will – Making a bequest in your will is a great way to leave a special gift.
- Corporate sponsorships – Your company or group can co-sponsor a major event (FOCUS Gala or Spring Luncheon), or make a gift towards a specific program or capital improvement.
- A Gift of Life Insurance – When you name FOCUS as the beneficiary (or co-beneficiary) of your life insurance, you can make a wonderful gift by making modest insurance premium payments during your lifetime.
- Honor or Tribute Gifts – Make a donation to FOCUS on special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries or holidays! We’ll send a card to the person you are honoring. Also, “In Memory Gifts” are received most often upon the passing of a loved one.
